Senior living is a continuum of care that spans several project types based on the level of assistance needed by the residents.  We work closely with state agencies to provide licensed facilities ranging from Independent Senior Living to Skilled Nursing Facilities

Ted Trout Architect & Associates designs inspiring environments that support students’ personal, social and academic success.  We work closely with universities, private developers and institutions on the design of student housing communities.

HUD PROJECTS

Our extensive HUD experience makes us familiar with the dynamics of designing under specific government regulations.  We understand the laws and responsibilities involving planning, designing and building under HUD guidelines.
