The mix of units goes from studio, to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, totaling 125,053 sqft of living area for a net-rentable average of 797 sqft per unit.

The featured Clubhouses provide 39,282 sqft total.

It’s a 3 story Wrap style building, featuring a 4,839 sqft Clubhouse.

Shenandoah, Texas

130 units, with a mix pf 1 to 2 bedroom apartments, totaling 122,810 sqft of living area for a net-rentable average of 945 sqft per unit.

It’s a 3 story Wrap style building, featuring a 7,019 sqft Clubhouse.
