Saskatchewan, Canada
Serving the University of Saskatchewan campus, with a walking distance of 10min approx.
115 unit, totaling 575 beds. The mix of units is 1 to 4 bedroom suites apartments.
It’s a 5 level Wrap style building, where each floor has a designated common area for lounging and study rooms.
First floor design covers bike racks, storage, sport gear storage inside the building, planned for the winter months.
Houston, Texas
49 unit, totaling 174 beds. The mix of units is Studio to 4-6 bedroom suites apartments.
It’s a 5 story Podium style building, with 2 additional levels for parking garage.
The 7th floor was designed to host a sky lounge with fire pits. Each floor has a designated common area for lounging, private study/conference rooms and coffee bar.
Serves students attending Rice University campus, with a walking distance of 5-12 min approx.
Fayeteville, Arkansas
180 units, totaling 656 beds. Apartment buildings consisting of 3-4 stories for 1 level apartments.
Project also covers 3 level suite units in townhouses style design.
Clubhouse features 8,000 sqft.

Norman Oklahoma
196 units, totaling 698 beds, with a mix of 4 to 5 bedrooms suites per unit.
It’s a 5 story building. Common areas in the project include various pools with bbq areas and cabanas, mini soccer field, ping pong tables, bike parking, clubhouse and fitness center.
Serves students attending the University of Oklahoma campus with a walking distance of 13min approx.
Arlington, Texas
66 units, totaling 218 beds, with a mix of 2 to 4 bedroom suites per unit. Clubhouse features 3,213 sqft.
Original design was a Mixed-Use Development with 4 retail spaces on each end of the first floor meant for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. totaling 5,788 sqft.
