Street Name Change Public Hearing
On Thursday, October 27th at 2:30PM, The City of Houston is considering a proposal to rename Dowling Street to Emancipation Avenue.
The Houston Planning Commission is holding this hearing to take comments from the public on the proposal. You may attend the hearing or submit your comments on the proposed street name change online prior to the October 27th public hearing.
